Players take alternate turns by taking all the seeds from one of the 6 holes in front of him/her and deal them, one by one, counter-clockwise from the hole that has been picked. When the last seed has been laid, if the final hole belongs to the opponent and contains 2 or 3 seeds, the seeds from this hole are removed and accounted to the player. When this happens, the previous ending hole is considered for a similar capture and so on.
If the opponent only has empty holes, the player must play a move such as there will be seeds in the opponent side at the next round. If this is not possible, the game ends. The game also ends when a player gets more than 24 seeds.
The winner is the player who captured the most seeds.
